Construction estimate software built around the drawing

Most estimate software starts with a blank spreadsheet. iScope Cloud starts with a floor plan, because in repair and restoration work almost every quantity comes from a measurement you already have.

Draw once, quantify everything

Sketch the room with its real dimensions, doors and windows. iScope Cloud works out wall area with openings subtracted, floor and ceiling area, and perimeter. When you add a line item, its quantity formula pulls the right figure: floor area for carpet, wall area for drywall, perimeter for baseboard. Change the room and every quantity updates.

Multi-story, roofs, stairs and decks

Levels keep each floor organized. Roofs, stairs and decks get their own geometry and their own quantities. A 3D view and elevations help you check the drawing before it becomes an estimate.

A catalog that keeps up with costs

Material and labor prices come from national construction cost data refreshed every month. Labor is adjusted to the project's ZIP code with government wage statistics, so your estimate reflects local rates without manual factors. Add your own items and prices where you know the market better than the catalog.

From estimate to deliverable

Tax, overhead and profit, and depreciation are applied per estimate with settings you control. Export a PDF with your letterhead, your opening and closing statements and the photos from the project, and send it from wherever you are.
