Each room you sketch reports its floor, wall, ceiling and perimeter quantities. Doors, windows and openings are subtracted from the walls automatically. Line items carry quantity formulas, so adding paint to a room adds the right square footage without a calculator.
Roofs from reports, floor plans from scans
If a roof has been measured by EagleView, import the PDF and the quantities are extracted for you. If the building has been scanned with CubiCasa or iGuide, import the floor plan and the rooms arrive with their dimensions. Draw only what has not already been measured.
Pricing that tracks the market
A national construction cost catalog refreshed monthly, with labor adjusted to the project ZIP code. Keep your own prices for the items where you have better numbers, and add custom items for anything the catalog does not carry.
Estimates that read well
Room-by-room line items with quantities, unit prices and totals. Tax, overhead and profit, and depreciation where the job calls for it. A PDF with your letterhead, ready to send from the field.
One account for the whole office
Team members join the company account for $20 a month each and work in shared projects with their own logins. The owner keeps the settings, letterhead and billing.
